Room Moderation is used by the room creator or someone designated with GM role to control the chat environment. This makes it so that all people with a lurker role cannot post to the chat buffer. Any user with the player or GM status will be able to use the chat buffer normally.
Room Moderation is turned on and off by using the submenu off of the Player List Menu. In additon, anyone with the room password may also give or take voices from users.
While this feature was used to deter spamming, remember that this does not stop users from whispering. Because of the versitility of this feature you should not have any problems with lurkers. However if you have a constant problem, you should move to a password protected room.
